Pilates - A joint friendly style of body work that builds a powerful "core". Emphasizing the breath, Pilates tones the whole body, builds long lean muscles. It helps to prevent and/or heal from sports injuries. Pilates is a great way to tone and shape your abs.

Fit Starts – Are you new to fitness? New to the club? Or, do you need help renewing your fitness plan? Let our certified personal trainers help. Our trainers will put you through a REAL training session(s). Price is $25 for 2 hours or $15 for 1 hour (these may be split into ½ hours if you like). Membership is required. This Fit Start service may be used one time only.

Gravity (G.T.S.) – The Gravity Training System (GTS) is designed to deliver quick, efficient and effective workouts while keeping the classes interesting with an ever expanding program variety. The innovative GTS equipment uses your own body weight as resistance through a cable pulley system attached to your glide board. The workout recreates everyday movements by working numerous muscles and joints simultaneously promoting stabilization rather than isolation. Prices vary dependent upon class. Women With Weights – The women with weights program is born from a unique strategy that combines the 1 on 1 coaching of a certified personal trainer with the supportive small group setting, (limited number of ladies). Accountability is foremost in this program that is designed with your fitness goals in mind. Our elite, individually selected team of female personal trainers designs your fitness program, provide nutritional analysis and teach you proper strength and cardio training techniques. Boot Camp – Boot Camp is a military style fitness program, designed to implement a variety of core body exercises that will burn fat, build muscle, and challenge you physically. Boot Camp also emphasizes accountability, discipline, motivation and teamwork. All levels of fitness are welcome. You do not have to be “in shape.” You do not have to know how to do push-ups (we’ll teach you). You do not have to run fast. You are ready! Why wait?
